As the senior client services specialist for the Arizona retail services team with Colliers, Loralee Barnum manages all aspects of marketing, project management, transaction and due diligence services. The retail team specializes in the sale and leasing of retail properties, representing landlords, tenants and investors. In partnership with the team’s eight brokers and client services coordinator, Loralee develops strategies, pitches and proposals to win new business.
Leveraging her extensive marketing, graphic design and industry experience, she designs and executes best-in-class print and digital marketing collateral, and deliver creative marketing solutions tailored to each property and client. Loralee creates comprehensive property marketing campaigns, elevating exposure and increasing speed-to-market for the team’s listings. Her careful attention to detail and ability to anticipate and resolve issues enables her to efficiently manage the team’s listings, prospects, proposals and transactions.
With exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), Constant Contact email marketing and CoStar research, Loralee enhances the team’s services in the marketplace. Loralee thoroughly enjoys the fast-paced nature of commercial real estate and the challenge of managing the team’s diverse requirements. She is committed to adding value and delivering results. Her marketing career began when she established her own boutique creative studio, specializing in destination wedding photography and graphic design. She has leveraged her skills to serve as an in-house designer and project manager for various organizations. Prior to joining Colliers, Loraleewas a client services specialist with CBRE Phoenix, providing innovative marketing services for a highly successful retail investment sales team and retail leasing team..
Previously, Loralee served as a client services manager for Grand Canyon University Athletics, directing multi-channel digital and traditional marketing campaigns. She also managed on-campus promotions, and worked with campus operations and programs to increase student attendance and improve the fan experience at athletic events.
When not in the office, Loralee spends time traveling and attending local sporting events with my husband. She also enjoys cheering on the Denver Broncos. Her other interests include photography, board games and, more recently, cooking.

Prior to joining Colliers in 1982, Tom was vice president of Don Woods & Associates Commercial Brokerage Company, specializing in neighborhood shopping center development and leasing and sales of investment income property.
He and his wife Debbie have three sons and attend Bethany Bible Church. Tom also organizes a men’s Bible study at DC Ranch. He and Debbie support the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SAARC).

His knowledge of the Valley, coupled with his professionalism and ingrained ability to quickly understand a client’s needs, have translated to a formula for consistent success.
A Phoenix native, Brian is a third-generation commercial real estate broker, following grandfather Don Woods and father Tommy Woods.

Prior to joining Colliers in 2003, Brian was an account executive for the Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Club, with responsibility for season ticket sales, luxury suite sales and account management.
Brian and his wife Anna are the parents of son Bo and daughter Maisy. They attend Highlands Church in Scottsdale and are ardent supporters of the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC), Compassion International, Hope & A Future, K-LOVE, and Brokers for Kids.
Larry Ortega is an executive vice president with the Arizona Retail Services Team with Colliers, specializing in the sale, leasing and development of retail properties. Over the years, Larry has developed power centers, neighborhood and lifestyle centers, and stand-alone retail buildings, especially restaurant buildings. He also represents leading local, regional and national retail tenants.
On large projects, he partners with team members who specialize in specialty office and retail, as well as multifamily. He specializes in redevelopment of urban retail in downtown Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa.
Larry has more than 39 years of experience in retail site selection, development, redevelopment, disposition, leasing, investment sales and strategic planning. He consistently brings three characteristics to the retail brokerage market—innovation, creativity and collaboration.
Larry rejoined Colliers International in 2010, and was previously with Colliers from 1990 to 2006.
Prior to rejoining Colliers, Larry was a senior vice president with Staubach Retail from 2006 to 2009, specializing in shopping center development, tenant and landlord representation, and dispositions.
He was with Arizona Retail Group/Chain Links from 1987 to 1990, specializing in retail tenant representation. Previously, Larry was vice president of retail development for Trinity Development, where he developed 2 million square feet of neighborhood and specialty centers in Arizona and Colorado. Prior to that, Larry formed a partnership to syndicate large land parcels in west and northwest Phoenix from 1982 to 1986.
Larry spends much of his time working with a number of non-profit groups throughout Arizona. He is the initiator of AZ City Fest and Seasons of Service through Luis Palau Ministries. This was the Tempe’s largest event held in history with 140,000 people in attendance. He works to connect and build collaboration with the faith community, business community and civic government.
As a senior vice president with the Arizona Retail Services Team with Colliers, Stan specializes in all aspects of retail brokerage. He has an established leadership background, with an executive tenure of more than 30 years.
Stan's areas of expertise include brokerage, landlord and tenant representation, project leasing, development consulting, investment sales and services, commercial land acquisitions, and Hispanic retail markets. He has orked on multiple national, regional and local retail projects, with sizes well over 1 million square feet.
With extensive experience in retail markets, Stan has a unique ability to evaluate the needs of both landlords and tenants and develop strategies to ensure their business success. Applying his in-depth understanding of the real estate industry and strong business acumen, he is able to better understand today's diverse market and to identify his clients' retail business requirements and real estate search criteria.
As a former business owner, Arizona native and Latino, Stan possesses distinctive knowledge of the retail real estate industry, deep-rooted connections in the community, and a desire to promote positive economic and community growth.
Before joining Colliers, Stan was president and partner of one of Arizona's largest retail brokerage firms. As president, he managed well over 200 retail listings and aided in the execution of more than 3,000 lease transactions and more than 200 escrow closings.
As a vice president with the Arizona Retail Services Team with Colliers International, I specialize in the sale and leasing of retail properties, land acquisition and disposition, retail property disposition and retail development. I represent both landlords and tenants and place great value in establishing long-term relationships with my clients.
My platform of services includes property sales, lease negotiations, tenant representation, lease renewal and renegotiation, site evaluation and selection; demographic and market analysis, space planning, and negotiation of tenant improvement allowances.

Daniel rejoined Colliers in 2010, and was previously with Colliers from 2003 to 2006.Prior to rejoining Colliers in 2010, Daniel partnered with Larry Ortega in operating their own retail brokerage firm, ReUnion Partners, and also acted as designated broker. From 2006 to 2008, Daniel was a senior associate with Staubach Retail, specializing in shopping center development, tenant and landlord representation, and dispositions.
Daniel was raised in Arizona, attending Shadow Mountain High School and then Arizona State University.

As a resourceful and performance-driven professional, Desiree successfully manages multiple projects and tasks on behalf of the brokers. She is responsible for designing print and digital property marketing materials, drafting letters of intent, booking transaction vouchers, preparing correspondence, organizing and scheduling conference calls, coordinating broker and client meetings, and maintaining client activity reports. Desiree liaises with team members and other internal resources to create tour packages and prepare proposals.
Prior to joining Colliers, Desiree was a property administrator and administrative assistant with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix. She assisted with lease administration, bid proposals, service contracts, and monthly and quarterly property management reports.
Previously, Desiree was a senior facilities coordinator for InVentive Health in Ohio, shere she coordinated building subcontractor activities, ensured regular maintenance and review of facilities for safety and structural concerns, and managed the security access control database.
