Executive Vice President
Lora Munson, CCIM, is the head of the Tenant Representation Practice Group within Colliers International | Utah. While she has spent the last several years of her career focusing only on tenant representation, she has experience in all aspects of real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, landlord representation, property management, early termination agreements, interior space programming and design, efficiency analysis and comprehensive financial analysis. She has closed some of the largest transactions in the State of Utah including the CHG headquarters and HealthEquity headquarters each over 250,000 sf and has worked for clients such as Skywest Airlines, Skullcandy, Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort and several law firm and tech clients.
Lora is passionate about helping her clients. She prides herself on not being a typical transaction broker who is only interested in the next deal. She builds long-term relationships with her clients by watching out for them in ways most brokers do not do, such as thoroughly reviewing lease documents, estoppels, and SNDAs; performing annual operating expense audits; and providing project management and lease administration services all at no additional cost to her clients. She is detail-oriented, selfless, and one of the most respected and top-producing agents in the Utah market year afer year.
Lora began her real estate career in 1993. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah with a degree in finance. Lora also served in the student body government at the university in the government relations department.
Lora is also a developer of recreational fly fishing properties in southeast Idaho with her husband, Drake and the mother of twins.

“Lora stands out from an otherwise crowded sea of brokers. She’s almost myopically focused on customer satisfaction and places clients’ needs above her own (e.g., because she thought it was the right answer for us, she recommended a smaller space than we were otherwise considering knowing full well that it meant a lower commission for her). She obsesses over Every. Single. Detail. in all the right ways and is a (polite) bulldog in advocating for and representing our needs and interests (e.g., she completed contract reviews at a level that would have made even the most perfectionist of attorneys beam with pride). She’s always thinking of angles (e.g., she flagged an opportunity to apply for economic tax incentives to keep our company in the state). And after the deal was done, contracts were signed, funds were wired, space occupied… what did she do? She stuck around to continue to ensure that things were going well, our needs were met, and we were happy. We’ve worked with many real estate professionals over the years; Lora is distinctive. In short, she behaves like she’s part of our team and, because of her actions, we feel that she is.” Chris Klomp – Collective Medical Technologies
