Lizzy specializes in the disposition of industrial assets including land, light industrial and office/flex buildings for institutional, private, owner/user and special asset clients. She brings a background in investment sales, underwriting for portfolio dispositions, acquisitions, leasing and tenant representation, and new development projects.
She has quickly earned the reputation for closing transactions by offering solutions and building consensus among the parties involved. To date she has been active in investment sales transactions totaling 28.9 million square feet and 2,000 acres of land and some of her most notable clients include TA Associates, Hines, Core5, Meritex, Polk Industrial, MetLife, ProLogis, UBS and Baceline Investments.
Lizzy has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Colliers, Lizzy was a Vice President at Beal Bank and Grubb & Ellis, and Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield. She began her career as an analyst at GE Capital Real Estate Finance and Crow Holdings.
