Liz joined Colliers | Arkansasin April 2011 as a Brokerage Administrator after relocating to Arkansas in March of 2011. Liz is able to utilize her experience in commercial real estate to expertly handle duties including, but not limited to:
• Preparation and editing of leases, lease amendments, assignments, sale contracts and lease abstracts,
• Management of document collection,
• Leading team to ensure appropriate documents are received and in proper order for all transactions,
• Research, creation, and distribution of tenant representation tour books,
• Daily interaction with tenant rep clients and project leasing tenants, and
• Additional tasks including travel arrangements, and related administrative projects.

Steve Lane’s professional career spans three decades and covers a wide variety of commercial real estate disciplines including corporate real estate, land development, sales and leasing, structuring investments, and asset management.
Lane began his career in Arkansas in 1992 with Walmart Stores’ Real Estate Department, where he became a top producer. After leaving Walmart to pursue shopping center development, Lane served as a Vice President for a national Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) before forming a brokerage business in Northwest Arkansas.
Lane merged his brokerage firm with Colliers International in 2004 and currently serves as Managing Director of the Northwest Arkansas office, where his responsibilities include the overall financial performance of the office as well as his personal brokerage. He has received the Everest Club designation from Colliers multiple times, which recognizes the top 10% of all Colliers commercial real estate brokers throughout the United States. His personal brokerage focus has been in retail, specifically shopping centers, and he has represented Ross Dress for Less stores in multiples states for over 15 years. Lane currently has a strong focus on sponsoring investment groups to pursue Northwest Arkansas opportunities.
Lane has been active in the nonprofit world and has served on the charitable boards of the Bentonville Public School Foundation, has been a fundraiser for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), and has served on the board of Excellerate Foundation for the past seven years as well as two years as Chairman. Lane has also served as a member of the Federal Reserve Bank’s Eighth District Industry Council as a real estate advisor.
Lane holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Missouri. He lives in Rogers with Kim, his wife of 26 years, and their two children Sophie and Mason, where they are active members of Central United Methodist Church.
Alan W. Cole specializes in tenant representation, development consulting, leasing, and land sales and acquisitions. Alan assists tenants in identifying and securing locations in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi and Tennessee. Alan has been a market leading retail specialist since 2003, when he joined the firm that is now Colliers | Arkansas. As a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas, he has extensive market knowledge with contacts locally, regionally and nationally.
Rebecca Hulsey began as a receptionist for the front desk and doubled as a member of the property management team before being promoted to her current position as Brokerage Administrator. She has a background in print journalism along with years of customer service experience and was most recently an administrative assistant for Walmart in Bentonville.
Stephanie Williams is the Director of Marketing in the Northwest Arkansas office. Stephanie manages the marketing process from research and planning to execution and creating digital brochures, managing social media accounts and content. Stephanie joined the Northwest Arkansas team in 2016.
