Lisa Sims joined Colliers in 2001 as a member of the Office Services Group. She brings more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience to our team. Lisa oversees all aspects of lease and sale transactions from inception through closing, as well as manages the workflow and facilitation of tasks for her team. Lisa has participated in numerous transactions involving office, medical, land and investment properties. She manages the compilation of research materials, creation of marketing and promotional materials, preparation of financial analysis reports, and provides various other brokerage support services to insure the success of each project in which she is involved. Lisa’s strengths are her attention to detail, unique problem solving skills and her commitment to excellence. She has built an outstanding reputation as a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and has a proven record of providing excellent internal and external results for clients and the members of her team.
Prior to joining Colliers, Lisa was with a smaller boutique commercial real estate firm in Houston. Previous to that, Lisa spent 18 years working with homebuilders in Houston and Austin, where she gained a multitude of knowledge in many different aspects of residential real estate transactions. Lisa is a native Houstonian.

Mr. Munoz has been involved in the commercial real estate business for 27 years.
Prior to joining Colliers Appelt Womack Inc., dba Colliers in 2000, Norm worked from 1992 to 1999 with Baca Landata, Inc. (a subsidiary of Stewart Title) and The Baca Group. The Baca companies were the leading local providers for commercial real estate information and as Vice President and Senior Analyst he was responsible for writing the nationally recognized Houston Office Market Guide each quarter, developing new business and servicing clients.
From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Munoz was a Research Analyst with Property Research & Investment Consultants, Inc. responsible for tracking the absorption, lease rates and occupancy each quarter for 1,800 general purpose and medical-professional office buildings. Property Research was the first real estate information company to systematically survey Houston’s office and industrial markets and its methodologies and level of accuracy set the standard for today’s commercial real estate industry.
Norm’s attention to detail, ability to interpret raw data and his market knowledge, coupled with his working experience with the leading commercial brokerage firms, building owners, REITS, developers, property management companies and financial institutions make him an asset to his client’s real estate decision-making process.
Mr. Parsley has been involved in and responsible for all phases of commercial real estate brokerage activity over the past 37 years. A native Houstonian, he returned to Houston after graduating from law school in 1979 to serve as an attorney with Bracewell & Patterson, specializing in corporate law. In 1983, he joined Colliers, where he is one of the company’s principal shareholders. He served as President and CEO of Colliers’ Houston office prior to assuming the position of Co-Chairman in 2004 and Chairman in 2020. He brings a wide range of real estate experience, along with an understanding of the legal issues involved in real estate transactions. He has represented a broad range of corporate clients, both public and private, in office and industrial sales and office tenant rep lease transactions in Houston and throughout the USA. Bob currently serves as a member of Colliers’ Tenant Advisory Council, Healthcare Services Group and Law Firm Services Group. Bob has been one of the top two producers in the Colliers Houston office for the past fifteen years. He has also been a Colliers Everest Award recipient since the inception of the award, which is granted to the top 10% of producers for Colliers in North America. Bob was recognized as a Connect Media CRE 2020 Top Broker with over $403 million of deals executed in 2019, and in 2018 he was recognized as the #2 ranked Heavy Hitter for office tenant representation in the greater Houston area with over $200 million in gross dollar value of deals executed in 2017. The SIOR designation that he carries signifies the highest level of accountability and ethical standards in commercial real estate.
Mr. Parsley has been involved in all phases of the commercial real estate industry including design, construction and architectural for more than 26 years. John joined Colliers in 1999 and is a Principal and Director of the firm. He specializes in leasing office and investments including the acquisitions and dispositions of commercial buildings. Throughout his career he has represented a wide range of public and private companies in the office, industrial and investment areas, including many law firms, energy, financial services and technology firms.
John has consistently been a Colliers’ Top 10 producer and was named a “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Business Journal. He previously served as the President of HOLBA and in 2003 earned his SIOR designation. The SIOR designation is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production and ethics. Only 2,800 commercial brokers worldwide have earned this designation and less than 1,000 are office specialists. John lives by the philosophy of providing the highest level of service to clients, which means being involved in all phases including negotiations, analytical and market research while keeping the client fully informed throughout the entire transaction.
Coy Davidson has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in corporate real estate services, tenant representation, office leasing and investment sales. Mr. Davidson joined Colliers in June 2000 as Vice President in the Office Services Group. Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Davidson served eleven years with two local commercial real estate brokerage firms.
Specializing primarily in office properties and healthcare properties, Mr. Davidson has completed over seven million square feet of lease and sales transactions and the brokerage of more than 1,000 acres of land development sites throughout the Greater Houston area and has assisted clients in multiple cities throughout the United States.
Mr. Davidson has vast experience with Healthcare related entities including major hospital systems and private physicians in the Texas Medical Center and throughout Greater Houston and is a member of Colliers International National Healthcare Service Group. His focus on the healthcare sector has resulted in more than $250 million in healthcare real estate related transactions.
Jillian joined Colliers International in 2015 with seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She works out of The Woodlands office with Norm Munoz and Bob Parsley focusing primarily on office landlord representation. They manage a portfolio of Class A and Class B office buildings in The Woodlands totaling more than 4.1 millon square feet. Her prior experience as office leasing agent in the Texas market makes her an asset to our Houston team.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jillian spent five years as Senior Leasing Associate in Dallas with a Houston-based company who specializes in owning, investing, leasing, and managing office buildings throughtout the nation. Jillian managed a portfolio of office buildings totaling more than 1.2 million square feet and produced leases totaling more than 600,000 square feet at a value of more than $9.8 million.
