Lindsey oversees a portfolio consisting of over 2.4 million square feet of medical retail, office, and distribution space. She is responsible for managing day-to-day operations involving tenant and vendor relations, as well as new leases.
Prior to Colliers, Lindsey was an assistant property manager for a local property management firm in Richmond. In this role, she managed a Class A office building in downtown Richmond consisting of 458,000 square feet. Her responsibilities involved managing new leases and renewals, accounts receivables, budgets, and monthly reporting.
