“When we first met, I had been through two or three rounds of negotiations directly with the landlord and decided that I should involve the experts. As a result of your involvement as HSl's agent, we had a bottom line savings of $259,000, a changed base year of operating expenses, a return of our security deposit and other concessions we had not considered. The best part about this process was that your services as our agent had no cost to us. In addition to the cost benefits, you enabled me to preserve our most precious commodity—my time. I was able to focus on what I do best and let you do what you do best and I couldn’t be happier with the results.” —Cyndi Shepley, General Manager & VP – HSI a division of MICROS

“Aspen Systems engaged the services of Lindsey Carlson at Colliers to relocate our office. From the start, Lindsey was very professional and extremely competent. One of her greatest assets is the degree of efficiency that she delays in her service. The properties that we were shown precisely fit the parameters we had given her. Finding the appropriate property was our primary concern, but negotiation of a good transaction was certainly an important factor. In this area, Lindsey excelled. We were very pleased with the outcome and the overall experience. She has won our trust and confidence. It is with enthusiasm that I confidently recommend her services. I would not even consider looking elsewhere for any future real estate requirements.” —Lisa Lawrence, President/CEO, Aspen Systems
