Professional Summary
Overseeing a portfolio of office and industrial properties in the north suburban Chicago and O’Hare markets with more than 100 tenants, I establish and implement annual and long-term property plans aligning with corporate and ownership goals and manage day-to-day operations of the portfolio. My portfolio includes two 72,000-square-foot office buildings and a six-building, 400,000-square-foot industrial complex in Morton Grove; a four-building, 315,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Niles; and an eight-building, 500,000-square-foot mixed office/industrial portfolio in Mt. Prospect.
With more than 15 years of extensive experience in local property management and 20 years in accounting, day-to-day responsibilities for my portfolio include financial reporting, coordination of tenant and capital improvements, contract management, lease administration, budget development and tenant satisfaction. I am committed to green initiatives and sustainability.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I was employed with The Rose Group, a Suburban Chicago owner, builder and property management firm, where I worked on a portfolio of industrial and office properties totaling approximately 950,000 square feet. I worked on all facets of property operations and day-to-day management, including financial reporting, annual budget preparation and administration, contract negotiations, tenant relations and lease administration, preventative maintenance and construction management of capital/tenant improvement projects.
