Linda’s area of expertise is in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties for institutional and private companies on a local and national basis. With over 17 years of industrial and commercial real estate brokerage experience, she has provided advisory, sales and leasing brokerage services for occupiers in New Jersey and throughout the U.S totalling several million square feet. Prior to joining Colliers, Linda held the position of Director at Cushman & Wakefield. She started her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2001.

Over 35 years of experience in sales and leasing of industrial and office properties, investment sales, landlord representation, national tenant representation and corporate asset dispositions. Doug began his real estate career with Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman (JGT) in 1988 and was appointed principal in July of 2000. Newmark Knight Frank acquired JGT in 2000, where he continued to serve as principal until resigning in December 2006 to join Colliers Houston, one of the original legacy firms of Cassidy Turley and subsequently DTZ. DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield merged in 2005, operating under the Cushman and Wakefield name. In September of 2021 he accepted a position at Colliers as Executive Managing Director.
Prior to his real estate career, Doug was Vice President at Citibank where he was responsible for the operations of foreign exchange transactions executed through the bank’s corporate trading desk. He began his finance career with Bankers Trust Company on Wall Street and was integral in the creation of BT Futures Corporation.
