Lena is the Client Service Coordinator for the Multifamily Investment Services team. She is a resourceful and performance-driven professional with an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate. Lena provides internal support including property proposals, escrow management, presentations, project reports, market knowledge, and research.
Before joining Colliers, Lena spent 7 years with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She managed a team that oversees 400+ real estate agents in the Bay Area including top-producers from San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Santa Cruz, Monterey Bay and Carmel Valley. She worked with team members and vendors to help execute a comprehensive marketing program that marries leading-edge technology with meticulous personalized service to offer customized and automated property listing marketing which includes online digital branding, print/television advertising, and social media platforms.
Her other previous work experience includes working with Apple Inc, Alpha Media Inc, Security Industry Specialists, East Valley Family YMCA, and the City of San Jose.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Prior to joining the Multifamily Investment Sales Team at Colliers in the San Francisco office, Matt was an Asset Management Analyst for Fowler Property Acquisitions where he managed a multifamily portfolio of properties located across the U.S. comprised of 100 total assets and 25,000 total units. At Fowler, he also underwrote and processed over $500M of supplemental and refinance loans on multifamily assets across the U.S. Before working for Fowler, Matt worked for Redwood Trust as a commercial real estate loan originator and worked on a team that was responsible for $500M of senior CMBS and balance sheet mezzanine loans on multifamily, retail, office, self-storage, hotel and industrial properties in the U.S. within a group that nationally produced approximately $2.5 billion during the same time. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California.
An Associate & Client Services Manager on the San Francisco Multifamily Investment Sales Team, Adam is a high-energy sales professional committed to cultivating lasting business relationships built on respect, loyalty, and trust. Adam specializes in multifamily & mixed-use property sales, supporting the Devincenti and Lagomarsino team who is responsible for over 15,500 total units sold and over $4.7 Billion in transactions.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2020 during the COVID-pandemic, Adam spent 10 years in sales management, including 8 years in the high-tech industry focused on building out business development and client relation strategies for high growth startups. Adam brings a fresh approach to the San Francisco team and believes in helping his clients and those around him reach their personal and professional goals.
Adam graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Marketing and International Business. In his spare time, Adam enjoys cooking, alpine skiing, hiking and exploring the Bay Area coastline on his road bike.
