Specializing in retail sales & leasing, she supports the brokers Sandra Weck and Rene Brochier by conducting property and market research, compiling reports, preparing and updating marketing materials and working with tenants in identifying and securing optimal sites for their business model. It is LeAnn’s goal to provide superior service, information and accessibility for the brokers she assists and their clients.

Sandra’s expertise is the sale and leasing of retail centers in the Bay Area. This includes regional mall consulting and leasing, predevelopment of a proposed 176,650± square foot Factory Outlet Center, leasing of various neighborhood shopping centers, restaurant sites and tenant representation.
Sandra joined Colliers International in 1998 following 12 years of performance with CB Richard Ellis. She was awarded the Top Producer in the Walnut Creek office and Top Retail Salesperson in the CB Commercial Northern California Region in 1988. Sandra continued to be one of the top brokers in the region, receiving the Most Accumulative Standing Recognition in 1990.
Sandra was the first woman speaker at the National CB Commercial ICSC Convention in Las Vegas, served as a member of CB Commercial’s Retail Tenant Services and the
National Retail Network specialty divisions within CB Commercial consisting of the leading tenant rep brokers.
Sandra was the Top Retail Broker in the Colliers International Northern California Division for 2001 and was designated by Colliers International as a Regional Director on the Steering Committee in 2000. She also served as Chairperson of the Colliers Culture Committee.
Currently, Sandra is the East Bay Regional Retail Director, which encompasses the Walnut Creek, Oakland, Pleasanton and Stockton offices.
René specializes in leasing and selling new and existing retail properties in the San Francisco Bay Area markets. He has special expertise in repositioning properties, redevelopment projects and other add-value opportunities involving improved and unimproved commercial properties.
Beginning his career in 1984, René is accomplished in handling various types of real estate transactions including joint ventures, build-to-suits, ground leases, and sales transactions involving new developments and investment-grade properties. His broad experience and market knowledge coupled with his problem-solving skills and tenacious efforts have been invaluable to his clients. René’s previous experience includes residential real estate sales, managing builder resale programs, and restaurant management.
Prior to joining Colliers, he was associated with Grubb & Ellis Company in Walnut Creek and Bishop Hawk, Inc. in Santa Clara as a retail properties specialist.
