Lauryn joined Colliers Northeast Florida in 2021 as a Client Services Coordinator. At Colliers, Lauryn assists the Gainesville-based GNV Commercial Advisory Team as well as the Hurst and Harrell Team. She works on creating and maintaining marketing brochures, proposals, e-mail blasts, and marketing packages
Lauryn grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and has spent her time since graduation in NorthEast Florida. She attended the University of North Florida and shortly after graduating, started her career in the real estate industry. Lauryn worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Keller Williams and previously assisted in marketing and social media for a Political Marketing firm.

Jason Hurst is a Chicagoland native who graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2005 with a Masters of Business Administration from the School of Business & Industry at Florida A&M University with a concentration in Finance. He has 7 years of successful experience with a variety of Fortune 100 companies such as Pfizer, Inc., JP Morgan, and State Farm Insurance. Jason began his career as a Private Wealth analyst in Manhattan with JP Morgan Private Bank and has endeavored into both finance and sales during his corporate career. Jason also has experience as a savvy entrepreneur as he has run three successful businesses across various industries throughout the State of Florida. Jason served for six years as a Director and Senior Vice President at Avison Young as a leading Agency Leasing broker for the Florida Retail Team. Jason had the pleasure of representing institutional clients such as Kimco Properties, Regency Centers, Site Centers, Washington Prime and several private shopping center owners throughout the state of Florida. Personally, Jason serves on the City of Gainesville Plan Board and as an active member of ICSC and ULI North Florida Chapter, and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Bennett moved to Gainesville, Florida where he graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelors degree in Food and Resource Economics with a specialization in business management and marketing. Upon Graduating from the University of Florida in 2017, Bennett joined a local boutique real estate firm specializing in both residential and commercial sales and leasing. Prior to joining Colliers International in 2020, Bennett was an associate with Avison Young specializing in both landlord and tenant representation for retail, office, and industrial clients.
Bennett brings to colliers both the managerial and marketing skills needed in any given real estate transaction, but also the personal skills that are often needed to get a transaction successfully to the finish line leaving all parties involved satisfied.
Jon C. Thomas II is an Associate with Colliers International. He has three years of experience specializing in hotel investment market in North Florida.
Jon’s commercial real estate experiences include Associate at Avison & Young in Gainesville and Associate Advisor with SVN | SouthLand Commercial.
Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, Jon was the Vice President of Marketing for Thomas-Pierce & Company, a leading succession planning firm, which has completed more than $2 billion in small and medium size business transactions since 1986.
Gary Montour joined Colliers International in 1983 and has consistently been one of North Florida’s Top Producing Commercial Brokers. He completes 60 to 80 transactions per year and has generated more than $145 million in sales and leasing over the past five years.
Gary has closed deals ranging from small leases, through medium and large sales and lease transactions, to the largest of investment sales. His $30 million multi-property investment deal in 2007 was the biggest among 10,000 Colliers brokers.
