"Chris Seelig and Lauren White are some of the best leasing professionals I’ve had the pleasure of working with in my career. They are incredibly helpful with negotiating leases and amendments, as well as with providing critical market data to help us achieve our goals as real estate owners. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and very resourceful. I look forward to continuing to work with them!" - Renat Yusufov, Director of Asset Management, Cofinance
"I have worked with Chris and Lauren for over 7 years now, first with Panda Express managing a rollout of new stores in the Cleveland and Columbus market and currently with Smashburger. Chris and Lauren understand the most important part of being a tenant rep. They know how to be a part of the team and put the tenant’s interests first. They are in it for the long haul and do an excellent job planning the work and then working the plan. Instead of “selling” a site, we discuss sites with their pros and cons as if we are spending our retirement money on these stores. Professional, thoughtful, experienced and passionate. Best in class." – David McLellan, Director, Real Estate – Smashburger
“The Colliers Team has been a great partner and they are extremely diligent in following up with tenants while maintaining a consistent stream of communication with the landlord. Furthermore, they have taken a creative approach to supporting our efforts to engage prospective new tenants and activate the vacancies in our portfolio. I would highly recommend Colliers to anyone looking for a driven team to lease commercial real estate.” – Eric Randolph, Bedrock Detroit
“The Colliers team has been a wonderful resource for Skyline to assist in the management and growth of its asset base in Cleveland. We have received first rate leasing services as well as significant acquisition referrals. Colliers is a strategic partner of ours.” – Blake Lyon, CEO, Skyline Investments
“It has been a pleasure working with Lauren and Chris. They have consistently found me the best locations and flawlessly navigated the negotiation process of multiple leases at once. They always keep me informed and stay on top of all aspects of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend work with Colliers.” – Connor Thompson, Owner, Bubbles Tea & Juice Company
