Chris Seelig is a Senior Vice President and Principal with Colliers International, a global real estate organization with more than 450 offices worldwide.
Mr. Seelig, who joined Colliers International in 2013, oversees the Retail Services Group at the Cleveland office. Specializing in retail tenant representation, landlord representation and restaurant leasing throughout Ohio, Chris has personally participated in and managed over 675 sale and lease transactions, with an aggregate value in excess of $375 million. With more than 20 years of experience representing both landlords and tenants, Chris has handled assignments throughout Ohio and the Midwest. His experience includes investment sales, land assemblage, corporate dispositions, REO properties, zoning and development.
Fabi is a Vice President with Colliers International, a global real estate organization with more than 18,000 professionals in 554 offices worldwide.
Fabi, who joined Colliers International in 2020, will work in the Retail Services Group at the Cleveland-Akron office. She brings more than 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. With a multidisciplinary background in mixed-use projects in urban and university settings, she is well versed and skillful in working with landlords and tenants throughout several phases of the real estate development and leasing cycles, including but not limited to due diligence, acquisition, zoning, construction, lease negotiation, tenant coordination and property management.
During her years in real estate she has travelled extensively and has handled assignments throughout Ohio, KY, Upstate New York, Nebraska and Iowa. She specializes in retail and hospitality leasing and participated in the redevelopment and leasing of historic Flats East Bank, The Shoppes at Parma, Kenwood Collecti on, Shadow Lake Towne Center, as well as several new developments at University Campuses settings including but not limited to University of Rochester & Medical Center, Kent State, Toledo, Iowa State, totaling over $1 Billion in new construction.
