As a Senior Real Estate Analyst for Colliers International, Lauren assists the Retail & Multifamily Investment Sales team with underwriting, valuation and financial analysis. Lauren works with her team to produce marketing materials for Investment Sales of all sizes and types.
Prior to joining Colliers International in 2016, Lauren began her career at Jones Lang LaSalle as a Property Administrator for two downtown Minneapolis office properties. During her time at JLL, Lauren received the 2015 Midwest Team Player of the Year award.

As a Vice President at Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul, I work in the Investment Sales division specializing in retail and multifamily transactions. I am involved with both private and institutional capital markets and work closely with a wide range of investor and developer clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties and development sites.
The commercial real estate world is continually evolving as more projects are requiring multiple product types. My teammate, Ted Bickel, and I joined together to form the first combined multifamily/retail team in Minneapolis-St. Paul to better align ourselves with what our clients are looking for in an advisor. We believe this strong partnership is where the future of sales and development are heading.
I enjoy being a consultant for my clients where I can be intimately involved throughout the entire transaction process. I believe in acting as an advisor to my clients throughout an asset’s lifecycle by identifying opportunities, providing valuation services, and managing the complete investment process. I have real-time knowledge of capital trends, both locally and nationally and have in-depth knowledge of financial underwriting. These skills have allowed me to be extremely efficient in finding the right opportunities for my clients.
