Lauren graduated with a degree in Sociology from Dallas Baptist University in 2019. She chose to pursue brokerage in the office leasing space to further challenge and diversify her career in the industry. She thrives in fast-paced work environments with high levels of relationship building skills and valued for her organization to the Colliers office leasing team. Lauren supports the team by coordinating with the marketing group, conducting market research used for client marketing materials, and assisting in pitch presentations.

Sara Terry is an Executive Vice President and Director for the Office Agency Leasing group at Colliers International’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. Sara brings 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on institutional grade Class AA office. Her extensive and diverse background ranges from property management, to construction management and landlord representation, which provides an advantage to her clients, as she offers a unique perspective and creative approach to problem solving.
Prior to joining Colliers, Sara spent most of her early career in Atlanta, working for Charlotte-based developer, Crescent Resources. At Crescent, she was responsible for leasing their 2.5 million square foot Atlanta portfolio, and completed several corporate relocations on behalf of the owner. Sara relocated to Dallas, Texas, in 2014, and joined Stream Realty, where she consistently ranked in the top 10% of producers nationwide and represented institutional owners for the leasing of several high profile Class A office buildings, including the repositioning and renovation of one of Dallas’ most iconic office towers, Trammell Crow Center.
Reegan Busby is a Senior Associate within Colliers’ Agency Leasing team where she specializes in strategic marketing and office leasing for institutional landlords throughout the DFW metroplex. Prior to being recruited over to help build the agency leasing platform at Colliers’ Dallas office, Ms. Busby spent 6 years representing a wide array of tenants from healthcare to financial institutions. With this she brings a unique experience to the agency leasing team on tenant perspective and a proactive approach to filling vacancy.
Prior to joining Colliers, Reegan worked in Los Angeles as an orthopedic medical device representative for Johnson & Johnson and ConMed Linvatec. Her role was to verify orthopedic implants, and help guide surgeons and staff through the surgery in the operating room. She was awarded various company accolades, including Presidents Cup, placing her in the top 3% of sales.
Ben Wallace is a Vice President in the Colliers Fort Worth office. Ben has been in the commercial real estate industry in Dallas-Fort Worth for coming on 7 years and brings with him valuable experience from time at Holt Lunsford Commercial. He focuses on Industrial Agency Leasing, development sourcing, tenant representation and business development in the Dallas area. Ben’s comprehensive analysis approach to representation has been proven to produce market setting deals for his clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ben started his real estate career at Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2016. In that time, he gained exposure to both Industrial Leasing and Development completing over 350 transactions worth over $275M in total consideration.
Hogan Harrison is a vice president in Colliers Dallas-Fort Worth office. With almost a decade of experience he specializes in representing landlords and users of industrial properties, including lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, development, and logistics. Hogan concentrates on the growth of Colliers’ industrial business lines throughout greater Tarrant County.
Prior to joining Colliers, Hogan spent his early career in Atlanta, Georgia working for Stream Realty Partners. At Stream, he was responsible for leasing and growing the firm’s industrial platform throughout the southeast, during his tenure the team grew its leasing and management portfolio from three million feet to over ten million feet. Hogan relocated to Dallas/Fort Worth in 2017 and joined Holt Lunsford Commercial where he represented numerous local, regional, and institutional industrial clients. While at Holt Lunsford Commercial he was involved in multiple speculative industrial developments throughout the region.
Hogan lives in Fort Worth and is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He is actively involved in The Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, Bible Study Fellowship of Fort Worth, and the Texas A&M Foundation.
Marshall Mays is a Vice President in the Colliers Fort Worth office. Marshall has been in the commercial real estate industry in DFW for 10 years and brings with him valuable experience from time at both JLL and Holt Lunsford Commercial. He focuses on office project leasing, sales, tenant representation and business development in Tarrant County. Marshall’s experience working both sides of lease and sale transactions gives him valuable perspective to effectively execute creative leasing and sales strategies.
Prior to joining Colliers, Marshall started his real estate career as an analyst for JLL in the Fort Worth office, then joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2014. In that time, he gained exposure to both leasing and sales across several product types including land, industrial, and office. Most recently he focused on office project leasing, sales and tenant representation across Tarrant County and Las Colinas completing over 300 transactions worth over $108M in total consideration. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2013 and has transactional experience on both sides of the Metroplex.
