My Team
John began his real estate career in Nampa, Idaho, buying and remodeling residential properties while still in high school. After college, he spent two years in Seattle working for Seattle Pacific Realty in leasing and land acquisition. John was selected as a 2021 Everest Club honoree, an award honoring the top 10% producers in the United States.
Upon his return to Boise, he worked for the Idaho Housing Agency as their Commercial Loan Underwriter and was the sole underwriter for the Section 42 - Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. He also helped write the manuals for that program in the state of Idaho. During the 1990’s, John built up a thriving property management business, managing 350 residential units and 40,000 square feet of commercial space. He sold the business after six years and did consulting work for multi-family properties in Boise, Montana, Wyoming, and Utah.
Prior to joining Colliers, John was the Director of Land Acquisition for the Hubble Group’s land development branch, Providence Development Group. Hubble is consistently the number 2 home builder in Idaho.
Jimmy began his real estate career in Ann Arbor, specializing in retail leasing and investment sales. He gained experience working for financial and legal institutions across the nation such as Brunelle and Hadjikow, P.C., a securities litigation firm in New York City, Toth Baldridge Van Belkum & Felty P.C., a medical malpractice firm in Michigan, American Express Financial Advisors in Chicago, Illinois, and A.G. Edwards and Sons Investment Inc. in Michigan.
Since joining Colliers, Jimmy has been involved in and specializes in land acquisitions, site selections, and land assemblages and was selected as a 2021 Everest Club honoree, an award honoring the top 10% producers in the United States.
Connor joined Colliers as a licensed agent in 2021 and specializes in Land Services, working closely with Jimmy Roumanis and John Starr. Connor joined the Colliers team shortly after an internship with Multifamily Services while earning his B.S. in Finance from University of Utah. Connor enjoys golfing, mountain biking, surfing, fly fishing and skiing.
Patrick joined Colliers in the Boise office in 2022 as a land brokerage associate. He specializes in the selling and acquiring of land, specifically, auto, RV and powersports dealerships and vehicle manufacturer’s sites throughout the Intermountain West. With 6 years of experience in active real estate investing and a background in professional finance services, Patrick assists clients in utilizing their properties to maximize their success.
Patrick previously worked as a Sales Trainer and Business Consultant for PRO consulting LLC, becoming familiar with business models for privately held companies. Prior to that, he was the General Sales Manager/Minority Partner at Kendall Ford of Meridian in Idaho where he managed a sales team of 40 individuals and was recognized by Ford Motor as a top producer in sales and customer satisfaction.
Don Zebe has an established wealth of experience and knowledge in commercial real estate through retail leasing, land acquisition, development and site selection. His professional career has been based on setting realistic goals and providing unprecedented service to his clients. Don’s business philosophy is the driving factor of his success.
Don determines his client’s needs and then employs innovative strategies which require creativity and a can-do attitude coupled with his local market knowledge to create a plan for success. He is adept at providing the most accurate market information and is well acquainted with the intricacies of local market cycles. His experience allows him to anticipate and perceive possible problems before they occur. Don’s demonstrated skills in negotiation are derived from his work with tenants, landlords and investors with needs both large and small. Don’s tenant clients include many national regional and local and ancillary clients.

As a broker with Colliers, Jared specializes in leasing and sale transactions in Eastern Idaho. Working out of the Pocatello office, Jared partners with Don Zebe and Mike Zebe, both licensed sales professionals who specialize in the Eastern Idaho market. Jared, Don and Mike have expert knowledge in tenant and landlord representation, investments, build-to-suits and land. Jared has experience advising clients whose business models focus on restaurant and tech.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jared was a commercial agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors in Pocatello, Idaho and a residential real estate professional with Premier Properties, also in Pocatello, where he successfully guided homebuyers and sellers through the sale and purchase of properties. He was also a branch manager at OneMain Financial where he performed closings, consulting services and provided loan and insurance products to members of the community.
Mike Zebe specializes in retail, office, industrial and land development for clients in Pocatello and throughout eastern Idaho. Mike sets his focus on his clients’ needs and will earn your trust by following through every commitment made, and targeting your specific investment objectives. Mike is a highly organized individual with a strong work ethic and leadership background working for the US Army.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mike served for 7.5 years between the Idaho National Guard as a 68W Combat Medic and active component of the US Army as an 89E Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. During his career he served as a Platoon Leader, EOD Team Leader, and Executive Officer. Mike was directly responsible for the training, moral, and welfare of a 32 man EOD Company, providing 24-hour support accross a three state emergency response area. He also coordinated with the United States Seceret Service, and allocated EOD assets for VIP protective missions for the protection of the President of the United States, Vice President of the United States, and Foreign Dignitaries.
