Assistant Property Manager
I am currently assisting in the Property Management of the CalPERS properties for the State located at 400 Q Street in down town Sacramento. This 1.5 million square foot portfolio includes 1 million square feet of owner occupied Class-A office, 400,000 square feet of multi-tenant investment office buildings, and emergency operations center and two warehouse properties.
I started with Colliers as the Assistant Property Manager for Metro Center Corporate Park and 2020 Gateway Tower located in the S Natomas and contunied support for both locatins for five years.
I have over a decade of experience in Property Management and Real Estate Services.
Prior to Sacramento I managed large condominium and retail spaces in Las Vegas, NV. Able to build strong relationships with Property Owners, Management companies, Vendors and staff... I built a reputation for service excellence in the Las Vegas market and have been steadily doing the same here in northern California.
My accomplishments are many every day… I assist the Senior Property Manager in the daily oversight of our 80 on site Colliers employees. I work with the Security manager and engineering staff to coordinate and facilitate tenant requests and building functions. I manage and maintain the relationships between our tenants, vendors, property owners and clients. Approving A/P and keeping a comprehensive budget comparison to ensure low variance and high ROI for the property owners. Accepting responsibility for new tasks or situations that arise without notice and need fast and proper resolution. Assist multiple team members in a variety of projects to ensure each is completed at the Colliers service excellence standard. Maintaining a high quality level of service at all times for all clients.
Currently working on Real Estate Sale Person License.
