His primary focus is tenant representation, specializing in making informed real estate decisions for corporate occupiers by integrating financial data and qualitative information into executable long-term strategies. He works with a wide range of clients from early stage startups to Fortune 500 companies and has significant experience negotiating real estate transactions across the globe. Prior to joining Colliers in 2014, he spent two years at Newmark Knight Frank in their Tenant Representation - Office Advisory Group, where he focused on new business development and providing execution support on a variety of transaction requirements.

Michael Cummings has 32 years of experience as an office properties specialist. This experience includes performing analytical feasibility studies, corporate and professional relocations, and, early in his career, the leasing of a downtown Chicago Class A office development.
Michael has also gained considerable expertise leading the transaction management services for corporate real estate occupiers.
During the past two years alone, Michael has been directly responsible for more than 1.8 million square feet of transactions with combined consideration of more than $400 million.
Grant is part of the Colliers' downtown Chicago Office Advisory Group. His primary focus is tenant representation, specializing in making informed real estate decisions by integrating financial data and qualitative information into executable long-term strategies. He works alongside his clients to execute their primary financial objectives while strengthening their financial statements throughout the process. His experience also includes a full suite of services such as workplace strategy development, site selection, property acquisition/disposition, financial analysis and modeling, transaction negotiation and transaction management.
Prior to joining Colliers, Grant spent seven years with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he focused on new business development and expansion. He has completed transactions totaling over 8 million square feet nationally.

Marc Brash is a Vice President in Colliers International’s Corporate Solutions group. Based in the firm’s downtown office, he partners closely with local leadership to expand and streamline the company’s transaction management accounts and provides corporate strategy services that enhance value within real estate portfolios.
Corporate Solutions specializes in providing clients with a platform of integrated portfolio-wide transaction management, project management and advisory services.
Marc is responsible for managing transactions on behalf of Allstate Insurance Corporation throughout the western US and the UK. Other notable portfolio management experience includes RSM, RH Donnelly and The LOGS Network.
