Krystal Midkiff

Amanda is a commercial real estate director with over 20 years of experience in property management and customer service for a variety of property types. She is responsible for the overall administrative, management and compliance of properties which includes, but is not limited to: strategic planning, project management, monthly financial analysis & budgeting of both operating and capital budgets, development & implementing preventative maintenance programs, team training & mentorship, lease interpretation & management, while assessing needs of Owners and Tenants.

Diana is an Idaho licensed real estate agent who joined the Colliers Real Estate Management division in 2017 and is currently managing over 850,000 square feet of commercial properties.  Prior to moving to Idaho, Diana held a California Real Estate License for 25 years while working as a Commercial Real Estate Manager with a portfolio that consisted of retail shopping centers, industrial parks, office buildings and medical facilities ranging from Los Angeles to San Diego County.  

Patty has worked in commercial property management for over 34 years.  Over this extensive period of time, she has had the privilege to manage some of the most prestigious buildings in the region, from an 18 story high rise to the city’s most iconic historic building.  Currently Patty manages over 800,000 square feet of office and retail space throughout the Treasure Valley as well as a Federal Courthouse in Montana.
