Professional Summary
Kristina Crocker joined the Colliers DC Marketing Team in 2017. She primarily works with the DC Retail Team and Tenant Representation group. Kristina's range of work has helped her grow to become the lead for the planning and development of a wide array of marketing initiatives throughout the DC area. Now as a Senior Client Services Coordinator, she works to ensure a creative and innovative presence in the competitive CRE market while ensuring successful marketing management and execution for projects located in the Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland metropolitan areas. Her areas of expertise include client relations, advertising and promotion, graphics and marketing management.
Prior to working at Colliers, Kristina worked for an Advertising and PR agency based in Columbia, South Carolina aiding in the brand development of several newly launched companies. She primarily served as a marketing coordinator for the Columbia Fireflies of Minor League Baseball in their inaugural season.
Accomplishments
In 2018, Kristina received recommendation and was inaugurated to serve on the Auxiliary Board for the Bishop John T. Walker School for Boys, a tuition-free school in DC striving to alter the educational and social trajectory of children from traditionally underserved communities. As a continuing board member, Kristina works to bring awareness and fundraising opportunities to the school, as well as contribute to their marketing needs and growing social presence in the community.
Kristina was named Collaborator of the Year at the 2021 Northeast Marketing & Research Awards.

Kristina graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Advertising and a minor in Psychology focusing on social and business communication.

Andrew Poncher has 15 years of experience in the retail real estate industry. As Marketing Lead, Shannon Hagen spearheads the development and oversight of the firm’s marketing strategies and campaign implementation for properties located in the in the Washington, DC Metro Region. Together with an in-house production team of graphic designers and marketers, Shannon facilitates the marketing and design needs for robust landlord, tenant, industrial/land broker and research teams.
Shannon focuses on the development and maintenance of all marketing business plans, systems, and professional communications in order to bolster business opportunities and revenue. Shannon meets these goals for business growth by implementing savvy graphic design strategies throughout all media platforms, which includes office websites, social media accounts, and marketing templates.
Shannon has more than 8 years of graphic design, brand identity, campaign strategy, and management experience. Throughout her professional career, Shannon has managed multi-million dollar digital, mobile, social media and print campaigns over multiple platforms and channels. She is experienced in brand identity development, a skillset Shannon developed over the span of many years for a diverse clientele. Prior to working at Colliers International, Shannon worked as a brand and digital manager for a Florida tourism firm representing nearly 1,000 real estate clients.
