Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager, Eastern Brokerage
Kristin Taylor leads the Talent Acquisition efforts for Broker Sourcing and Engagement in the Eastern Region of the United States, from Boston to South Florida. Kristin's focus is finding top talent to join Colliers, partnering with Market Leaders to achieve data driven goals to enhance their high powered leasing and sales teams. Kristin also serves as the Co-Leader and founder of the Employee Resource Group Pillar for the North America Diversity & Inclusion Program, and oversees key projects for the Veterans Initiative in the United States for Colliers International. She also manages the recruitment relationship between Colliers and Project REAP, a program with a mission to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry through education, mentorship, and partnerships.
Kristin has been in the Commercial Real Estate Industry for 6+ years, starting her career at Cushman & Wakefield. There, she focused on niche recruitment for Occupier Services, Valuation & Advisory Services, and regional Brokerage. She also had a laser focus on D&I and Veterans Hiring. Prior, Kristin worked professionally in the New York City Film & Television Industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film & Television Production from St. John's University, and a Dramatic Arts degree from one of the top conservatories in the world, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
