The Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® has recognized me with the Commercial Realtor of Distinction Award multiple times.


I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Business and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After working in commercial real estate in Charleston for over a decade, I joined Colliers International in 2011 as an office property specialist. In 2015, I transitioned from exclusively commercial real estate to run my family’s business, Swofford, Inc., which includes a portfolio of businesses as well as commercial and residential real estate properties in North and South Carolina. Those years as a business leader and decision maker have sharpened my skills as a brokerage professional, giving me personal insight into the challenges, goals and needs of business owners.
