Steve Solomon joined Colliers in 2021 as a Senior Executive Vice President., specializing in the leasing and sale of office properties, and tenant consulting in the Los Angeles area. He joined us from a competitive firm, where he was tasked with opening the South Bay office in 2007, and spent 17 years. Steve has over 30 years of experience in the acquisition and disposition of investments including office, land, medical, industrial and retail properties. He is recognized for his in-depth market knowledge, tenacity and long-standing client relationships. Steve has completed some of the most prominent transactions in the region over the course of his career, totaling over $7 Billion dollars in volume and encompassing over 44 million square feet. Steve provides site selection studies, real estate planning and analysis, lease analysis, appraisal, financing, construction and sales.
