Korey Ryan is a Senior Director of Industrial Services at the Colliers Indianapolis office ― specializing in the sales, leasing and development of industrial and investment properties in Indiana and across the nation. He is well versed in all aspects of industrial real estate with particular focus in Tenant Representation.

Korey is recognized as an emerging leader in industrial product and has produced corporate real estate strategies on behalf of many prominent companies in the Midwest region. His expertise includes providing detailed analyses of how real estate decisions impact his clients – both functionally and financially, and creating innovative real estate solutions and cost-savings strategies that facilitate enhanced company operations while improving the bottom line financially. 

Since joining Colliers in June 2017, Korey has transacted ±4,000,000 square feet with a total consideration of ±$185,000,000.  He was also named the NAIOP Indiana Emerging Broker of the Year for 2020.  

Prior to joining Colliers, Korey attended Roosevelt University (Chicago), where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics. He was a member of the Men’s Basketball team throughout his collegiate career and served as team captain
