Kolbe has been a licensed Texas real estate broker for more than 40 years. In 1997, he opened Curtice Commercial Real Estate in Sugar Land where the fast-paced growth in Fort Bend County propelled him into a broad spectrum of real estate solutions. Kolbe merged CCRE with Colliers in the Houston office in 2010. Over the last 15+ years Kolbe has played a significant roll in developing Sugar Land and the Fort Bend County market. Kolbe specializes in office and retail sales, leasing and development. Prior to opening Curtice Commercial Real Estate, Kolbe spent 11 years with Weingarten Realty Investors where he handled leasing/asset management for shopping centers in Southeast and Central Texas.
Kolbe was a founder and organizer of Founders Bank in Sugar Land in 2007 and served as director until the bank merged with Vista Bank in 2011. He is also a founding member and past president of the Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors. Kolbe currently serves as an advisory director for the Fort Bend Business Journal.

Working as the primary Administrative Coordinator at the Colliers Fort Bend office, Ms. Doyle enjoys providing a pleasurable first impression and strives to give exemplary customer service to each and every client that walks through the doors.
Over the past 30 years, Tricia has had a successful career in the real estate business and lending industry. Starting in residential home buying she built long-term relationships with each customer and made them feel comfortable and confident that they were achieving the best possible outcome. Her career led her to the commercial side of the business where she now focuses on administrative duties and property management.
Tricia earned both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research and has 37 years of commercial real estate experience. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually, including quarterly reports on Houston's retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials supporting the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers Editorial Board, the Colliers U.S. Research Council, and is a recipient of the Colliers Researcher of the Year Award.

Bringing 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets, including the following types of financial analysis:
- lease renewal and relocation comparisons
- mid-term lease renegotiations (“blend and extend”)
- lease buyouts
- sublease disposition/recovery
- build-to-suit vs. design-build
- lease vs. buy
- own vs. sale/leaseback

Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their financial analysis for commercial real estate requirements or investments for 17 years. Marilynne also has a background in commercial mortgage underwriting/loan originations and commercial real estate appraisal.
Martha Hobby joined Colliers in October 2022 as a Client Services Coordinator in the Houston office supporting advisors specializing in the capital markets sector.
Her role as a Client Services Coordinator includes developing and maintaining a staged marketing program for listing assignments, listing pitches, proposals and agreements, market research, marketing initiatives, online database maintenance, tracking deals, client support and contract administration.
Martha began her career with NAI Carolantic (now NAI Tri Properties) in Raleigh, N.C. before transferring to NAI Global in New York City. While at NAI Global, she was responsible for managing the firm’s marketing content creation and online presence and produces marketing collateral for the NAI Global operations and brokerage teams.
Martha earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Meredith College in Raleigh, N.C.
