Kimberly joined the firm’s Retail Services team in 2008. She specializes in shopping center leasing and sales, land sales, and tenant representation. Some of the high-profile projects she represents include Deer Creek Woods (Overland Park, KS), Mission Farms (Overland Park, KS), Market Square (Leawood, KS), Bannister Home Depot (Kansas City, MO), Independence Center (Independence, MO) and Brentwood Plaza (Olathe, KS).  Kimberly has represented World Class Capital Group, Crow Capital, Farmer’s Bank & Trust, Brotherhood Bank and Gomers of Kansas in recent transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly was a retail specialist with developer Greenleaf Properties. Kimberly's ability to identify an ideal tenant mix and negotiate leases and sales transactions makes here an asset to her clients.
