Kim Koch is a Senior Client Services Coordinator with Occupier Services Bay Area in San Francisco. She is responsible for providing day to day support to the group’s brokerage team by developing and executing presentations, reports, and survey/tour packages.
Accomplishments
During her tenure with Colliers San Francisco, Kim has provided support to numerous brokerage teams. Her wealth of experience includes, but is not limited to:
- Preparing BOVs, offering memorandums, and listing materials
- Creating online marketing campaigns and virtual deal rooms
- Maintaining and managing CRM databases
- Managing expense reports, processing invoices and deal documents
Education
Kim is a native San Franciscan and has worked for Colliers International San Francisco for over 20 years. During that time, she has provided support for numerous real estate business lines including hotel, retail, and multifamily investment. Prior to Colliers, Kim worked in the hotel industry as a catering manager with the Miyako Hotel and an executive assistant to the president of a boutique hotel company.
Memberships & Involvements
Kim’s passion for food has led to involvement with local organizations such as Meals on Wheels and Kimochi, as well as volunteering with Eat, Drink SF and Auction Napa Valley. She has also prepared and served holiday meals with Glide Memorial Church.
