Kevin I. Morris is the leader of Colliers Affordable Housing Group. This specialty division is active across the country brokering in the disposition and acquisition of affordable housing complexes coast to coast. Kevin brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to Colliers South Florida. Collectively the group has over 60 years of experience.
For the past fifteen years, Kevin has narrowed his specialty, focusing on affordable housing property transactions. He has experience closing a broad range of project-based deals, including the Housing Assistance Payments (HAP Contract), Rural Development (RD 515), and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) which included both General Partner interest transfers and fee simple sales.
Building upon his foundation of knowledge and experience, the Affordable Housing Group is positioned to help clients navigate the complexities of this niche property landscape - including strategic planning issues, development and tax matters, and the intricacies of federal, state and local housing programs.

I'm an investment sales broker specializing in the sale of multifamily assets in Colorado and the Mountain states. Our team focus is the disposition of multifamily assets in the Rocky Mountain region; specifically, representing owners in the sale of market-rate, affordable (LIHTC or Project-based HAP), student, age-restricted, and mixed-use apartment communities.

Prior to beginning my multifamily brokerage career in 2011, I worked in the financial services industry as well as in the U.S. Army where I served as a Captain with the 1st Infantry Division during Operation Iraqi Freedom. I graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
As Senior Vice President of the Denver Multifamily team for Colliers International, Craig leads the efforts for business development and client relationships throughout Colorado. He provides clients with acquisition and disposition services for multifamily properties. In addition to existing multifamily building sales, Craig has facilitated the sale of multifamily ground for new development.
His multifamily brokerage experience began in 2000 at CB Richard Ellis where he won many top ranking awards. During the course of his career, Craig has transacted over one billion in apartment sales, consisting of institutional, private capital, and affordable apartments.

As a Senior Client Services Coordinator, Angie partners with commercial real estate brokers in the production of high quality marketing materials to market their property listings. With more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate, her skills include digital marketing and property research.
Prior to joining Colliers, Angie served as a Marketing Specialist with South Florida Neurosurgery and previously was a Marketing Coordinator with Cohen Commercial Realty, Inc. She was responsible for creating and updating marketing materials, managing their social media presence, and drafting external communications.
