This process frequently incorporates not only site selection by data driven conclusions based on demographics, trends and traffic patterns, but also site entitlements, including environmental, storm water management, codes and rezoning issues where appropriate. After several years of leasing retail and office product in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia, Kevin relocated to Hampton Roads as Marketing Director for the Peninsula Economic Development Council. This post served as a valuable springboard for marketing the area’s systemic assets, and provided a wealth of corporate and municipal contacts for the transition to the private sector in sales and leasing.
