She successfully manages all phases of the retail development lifecycle from inception to completion including building/space layout, proforma analysis, design, marketing, LOI and lease negotiations. She is a highly qualified and accomplished professional with over 11 years’ experience in directing various aspects of business operations. She possesses solid expertise in providing independent hands-on leadership to facilitate business growth, key account management, and client retention.
A native of Rutherford, NJ, Ms.Williams started her career as a leasing advisor in The Shopping Center Group’s Atlanta office in 2011. During her tenure at TSCG she was responsible to maintain and service a 1,000,000 SF portfolio consisting of undeveloped land, disposition boxes, grocery-anchored centers, lifestyle retail, and mixed-use projects throughout Georgia and Florida. In an effort to advance within the company and the profession, she relocated to FL in 2013 to open a satellite office for TSCG in Boca Raton. She has worked with notable landlords such as Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation in successfully servicing and leasing a 234,000 SF two-story open-air lifestyle shopping center in the heart of downtown Miami. Kesha is a licensed broker in Georgia and Florida.

Tosh Wolfe is the Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Services for Colliers International – Atlanta. Mr. Wolfe is focused on the strategic, operational and business development initiatives of the retail sector. Under his guidance, the Atlanta Retail Services Group continues to set the standard for excellence in advisory service to owners, operators and tenants of Retail real estate assets. With an extensive background in leasing, asset management, development, acquisitions, dispositions, finance, and knowledge of retail, Mr. Wolfe enables his team to implement tailored solutions for all clients.
Mr. Wolfe began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers providing audit and consulting services to global companies. After a successful career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Wolfe joined The Shopping Center Group as a Landlord Leasing Adviser, providing leasing and marketing services to his private and publicly traded clients. Prior to joining Colliers, Tosh oversaw the regional leasing and asset management function at one of the largest Retail landlords headquartered in Georgia.
Mr. Wolfe is active in ICSC, ULI, The Commercial Board of Realtors and the Georgia Society of CPAs. He values community involvement and enjoys mentoring students and guest lecturing.
