In addition to working with brokerage teams, Sam spent several months in the research department, where he tracked market activity, compiled data for quarterly research reports, and completed ad hoc research requests for brokerage and marketing.

He supported business development efforts and conducted market research, with a focus on emerging technology companies, office and industrial assignments. He provided market intelligence and analysis of buildings, site selection and demographics.
