Kendal started her career with Colliers International | Asset Services in December 2016, as a marketing specialist, after graduating from the University of Memphis. She plays a significant role when it comes to our clients through the design of marketing materials, email broadcasts, and event planning. Generating new business, as well as retaining current clients, is a vital aspect of her position, therefore she works closely with the leasing team to develop marketing plans, presentations, and proposals.
In addition, Kendal oversees multiple projects when it comes to ad deadlines with news, magazine and online publications to keep Colliers International | Asset Services in the forefront of Memphis’ commercial real estate market. She also manages all property listing databases, signage, and continually seeks unique opportunities to promote Colliers’ developments and achievements.
Kendal is a native Memphian and chose to stay in her hometown for college by attending the University of Memphis. Throughout Kendal’s studies, she learned how to collaborate with different personalities, became goal and detail-oriented, and stepped up as a leader within different organizations.

While in school, Kendal joined her sorority’s executive committee as the first Public Relations chair. She managed all media accounts, updated and revamped the chapter's website, created monthly newsletters for parents and alumni, and designed graphics for philanthropy and social events.

My Team
My Team
After spending 12 years (8 years running the industrial division), in June 2004, Brad left Trammell Crow Company as senior vice president and moved his industrial team to Colliers International - Asset Services, bringing approximately 9 million square feet of industrial product and clients.
Brad is responsible for the overall business operations and projects for Colliers - Asset Services. His knowledge of the Memphis industrial market and ability to build long-standing and trusting relationships with his tenants, prospects and clients have resulted in above-market occupancy levels for our owners and long-term tenants. Currently Brad oversees the leasing and management of over 31 million square feet, encompassing 296 buildings and 477 tenants, for industrial, office and retail product-type.
Brad has over 21 years experience in commercial real estate. He has completed over 674 lease transactions and over 39.8 million square feet with a total lease value in excess of $544 million.

Tracy has been an integral member of the Memphis team for over twenty (20) years and successfully manages the marketing and leasing teams with unparalleled commitment and dedication to delivering superior customer service, submitting a high-quality product, and exceeding customers' needs by listening & understanding the goal. Her specialties include marketing strategy, developing project plans, project proposals, managing media relations, and lease management & administration.
Tracy coordinates and supervises the various resources and personnel within the marketing and leasing services divisions. She is responsible for the implementation of Colliers International brand standards, oversight of the creation and development of company marketing-related materials, strategic leasing & marketing initiatives, lease preparation & administration and business development.
Tim Mashburn is a Principal at Colliers International | Asset Services in Memphis and specializes in leasing of industrial properties throughout the Mid-South. His key clients are some of the largest institutional owners and corporate users in the country.
During Tim’s career, he has had the opportunity to represent office, retail and industrial product lines for both tenants and landlords alike. However, Tim now primarily focuses on the sales and leasing of industrial properties. He has developed long-term relationships with many of Colliers’ institutional clients and has demonstrated his expertise to successfully represent their portfolios.
Tim appreciates the importance of fully understanding his clients’ needs. He works closely with property managers to ensure the preservation of capital and maximum value for his clients’ properties. This role enables a smooth transition from lease negotiations, to construction supervision, to the management of the asset.
Mark Bolding joined Colliers in 2016, with a primary focus on leasing and marketing warehouse and distribution facilities throughout the Mid-South for both private and institutional clients. Mark plays an integral role on the Memphis Industrial leasing team by executing industrial transactions, working closely with construction and property management, while also identifying opportunities through project leasing and acquisition/disposition services.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mark worked for Stream Realty Partners in Dallas, TX and Charlotte, NC. Mark played a vital role in Stream Charlotte’s growth from a two man startup into an established leasing and investment firm. He focused primarily on project leasing and tenant representation, while also identifying strategic investment opportunities for the firm and its clients. While in Dallas, Mark worked as an analyst to support both tenant and landlord teams for office and industrial.
As vice president of property management, Scott is responsible for the on-going services, operation, planning, reporting and financial performance of the property management and maintenance divisions. He leads two senior property managers; four property managers; two assistant property managers; three property assistants and nine maintenance technicians. This team provides full-service property management for institutional, regional and local owners with accounts that total more than 28 million square feet of industrial; 1,000,000 square feet of office; 130 buildings; 400 tenants; in excess of $75 million in revenue; $18 million in expenses; and $15 million in capital expenditures. Scott's military background, formal education, professional training, extensive mechanical/nuclear background, superior communication skills, and a desire to outperform allow him to be an extremely effective leader. With Scott and his team, our clients receive a proven and innovative group focused on enhancing client value through unmatched attention to detail, maximizing tenant retention and absolute expense control.
Ron Riley is the senior vice president of Colliers International – Asset Services, where he is responsible for overseeing the leasing, acquisition, disposition, advisory services and business development. Ron provides guidance to and is directly involved in the overall direction of the office division.
Ron regularly provides advisory services to banks, servicers, investors, insurance companies and owners. Some examples of services provided; financial analysis, due diligence including property level, as well as market level, qualitative analysis, investment concerns and highlights, lease modeling etc.
Ron’s strategy identifies current market and property inefficiencies to capture untapped value through asset repositioning, re-leasing, redevelopment, rehabilitation, proactive management and enhanced marketing. Creative problem solving is his specialty and he becomes a key stakeholder with clients’ goals and aligns with their interests. He is also focused on clients’ downside protection: evaluating capital preservation options and executing strategic multi-year planning initiatives.
Ron has 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate. He has completed over $1 billion in transactions comprised of ~800 lease transactions, ~50 acquisitions and dispositions and has led multiple refinance opportunities.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Ron worked for In-Rel Properties. In-Rel Properties is a privately-held real estate company with 6 million square feet of office and retail product in six states throughout the Southeast and Oklahoma. He managed the operations of their entire portfolio allowing him to be involved in multiple facets of the commercial real estate business including leasing, property management, tenant construction, capital improvement projects, acquisitions, refinance, development, dispositions, rebranding / repositioning of a property, market due diligence, corporate strategic planning, and financial performance.
In addition, Ron worked for Parkway Realty Services, an office REIT, where he gained the vast understanding of the strategic plans and metrics utilized to achieve maximum returns for a publicly-traded commercial real estate company.
Laura’s passion is transitioning an owner’s goals for a property into reality. After creating a marketing strategy for each property, Laura infuses the brokerage community, and prospective tenants / purchasers with property information and makes successful transactions happen. For project leasing assignments, she negotiates solid lease deals on behalf of the owners, while maintaining an open dialog with property management, construction management and accounting to ensure maximum performance and control of the assets. Laura creates positive turn-key experience for tenants by being the primary contact throughout the negotiation process, and by instituting a seamless transition to property management upon finalizing the transaction. As tenant retention is critical, Laura continually communicates with the tenant base at each property, enhancing the relationships between Colliers and its clients. Laura’s knowledge of the Memphis office market, aggressive marketing techniques and talent to build long-term relationships is the foundation for her achieved success.
