Professional Summary

As an Architect by trade, I was intrigued by the on-site construction evaluation process of capital construction projects and pursued a career providing project management services and representing building owner’s interest during new construction, renovation, and infrastructure improvement projects.

Through my more than 25 years of experience, I have developed a thorough knowledge of the complexity of the construction process and State regulated construction systems including the Connecticut Department of Construction Services, the Massachusetts School Building Authority, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. I have a broad range of expertise in a variety of construction delivery methods and project types.

For each project, I become an integral part of the project team and an extension of our clients’ staff managing the construction process from beginning to end.  Clients rely on me to be their advocate and act on their behalf during their construction project. With an open line of communication clients feel comfortable reaching out to me day or night with any project related inquiries.

Clients trust me and my team to ensure that their construction project is completed on time and on budget with minimal interference to their business operations. I take my role as owner’s advocate very seriously and while also developing trust and comradery with the entire project team.
