As a Client Services Coordinator, Kayleigh works exclusively with the Retail Investments brokerage team in Central Florida. She designs marketing materials and offering memoranda for multi-tenant and single-tenant retail investment sales and assists with transactions, e-marketing and presentations/proposals.
Kayleigh has spent over eight years specializing in the field of digital print, marketing and graphic design. Prior to joining Colliers, she was a Graphic Designer for JLL Capital Markets, creating offering memorandums, proposals and marketing packages for Retail, Office, and Multifamily investment sales.

Brad is an Executive Vice President, responsible for originating multi-tenant and single-tenant retail investment sales transactions. Brad has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved with the sale of more than 350 shopping centers and single-tenant investments with an aggregate value of more than $5.5 billion.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2022, Brad opened and led the day-to-day operations for the HFF Orlando office for 11 years until JLL’s acquisition of HFF, and then led the JLL Orlando Capital markets group until the end of 2021. Prior to joining JLL (HFF) in 2008, Brad led the day-to-day operations for Staubach Capital Markets in the state of Florida, and was with Trammell Crow Company in Atlanta, and West LB and Price Waterhouse, LLP in New York City
Whitaker is a Senior Vice President, responsible for originating multi-tenant and single tenant retail investment sales transactions. Whitaker has 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved with the sale of more than 200 shopping centers and single-tenant investments with an aggregate value of more than $4.0 billion.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2022, Whitaker was a Senior Director in the Orlando office of JLL Capital Markets (and HFF until JLL’s acquisition in 2019) for 10 years. Prior to joining JLL (HFF) in 2012, Whitaker was the Director of Investment Sales and Leasing at Crossman & Company where he focused on property dispositions and project leasing.
Michael is a Vice President, responsible for single-tenant and multi-tenant retail investment sales transactions throughout the southeast and nationwide. Michael has 8 years of capital markets experience and has been involved with the sale of more than 100 properties with an aggregate value of $1.2 billion.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2022, Michael began his full-time commercial real estate career with HFF in Orlando in 2014, and continued through JLL’s acquisition of HFF in 2019. Prior to joining JLL HFF), Michael attended Florida State University where he served as president of the FSU Real Estate Society and worked for NAI TALCOR in accounting and research during his education.
