Kay Wright

As an assistant property manager, Kay is responsible for assisting with the operations for ten properties for more than five owners of office and retail portfolios. She is an expert in building and maintaining tenant and vendor relationships, as well as working proactively to implement building efficiencies.  

Kay has more than ten years of experience working in property management. Prior to Colliers, Kay worked as a mall property assistant with Spinoso Real Estate Group where she was involved with managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and administrative duties for a shopping center mall that encompassed over 1.2 million square feet, 5 anchor tenants, and 120 other tenants.
