Client Services Coordinator
As a Client Services Coordinator at Colliers International | South Carolina, my role is to support the Retail Services Team with administrative and marketing tasks.
Additionally, as an IT Service Technician, I assist with information technology support and resources statewide.
I thrive with my organizational skills, being customer service-oriented and quickly learning and adapting to the fast-paced needs of clients and brokers.
In 2021, I completed the American Marketing Association / Digital Marketing Institute digital marketing certification program becoming a Certified Professional Digital Marketer.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I worked as an administrative and marketing assistant for Vincentsen Blasi Architects, a New Jersey-based architect, for almost 20 years. There I gained valuable experience working with the state government, multiple municipalities and private clients putting together Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Qualifications (RFQs) and PowerPoint presentations for Historic Commission and Board of Adjustment hearings. I assisted in the development of the company website with a web developer and updated it regularly. I also set up the company’s first social media page and updated with completed projects and relevant articles.

In 2013, I started working with Streetlight Mission, a New Jersey-based charity that works with the underprivileged and homeless. Every year, Streetlight Mission hosted a grand Christmas party where I was able to share the experience and hard work with my son by setting up tables and putting together coloring books and activities for kids. When my family and I moved to South Carolina, I wanted to continue my volunteer work in the same field. Through Colliers, I learned of Harvest Hope Food Bank, which is the perfect place for myself and my son to give back to our community.
Vice President & Director of Retail Services Team
I specialize in the sale, leasing, and development consultation of retail properties across the state. I manage the Colliers SC Retail Team, which delivers retail brokerage and consultation services to clients through Colliers’ four South Carolina offices.
I pride myself in my ability to maintain excellent communication with my clients throughout the entire real estate process and even after a transaction is completed. I find that success in my work is defined by making sure that when it is all said and done my clients had an enjoyable and profitable experience. I consider my relationship with my clients as a partnership to help them achieve their goals.
Senior Brokerage Associate
As a Senior Brokerage Associate for Colliers International | South Carolina, I specialize in the leasing of neighborhood shopping centers. I am a member of the Colliers Retail Services Team and am responsible for increasing the Colliers retail portfolio in South Carolina. I strive to always do the best that I can, no matter the size of a deal, and I am motivated to continue to do so by exceeding my clients’ expectations.
I find that working with retail, a brokerage associate must be knowledgeable in recognizing a client’s needs as well as the trends of the market. I believe that I offer valuable insight into the market, excellent communication and the ability to read situations well.
As a Brokerage Associate, I work with tenants, landlords, sellers and purchasers to lease, purchase and sell retail properties of all sizes and am responsible for increasing the Colliers retail portfolio in South Carolina. I work closesly with team members Rox Pollard and Danny Bonds and am a member of the Colliers | South Carolina Retail Services Team.
