Testimonials

"Karl’s expertise, calm demeanor, and leadership as our external project manager were key to implementing our complex Manhattan Real Estate Strategy, which involved several very challenging projects in Manhattan and Jersey City, including multiple floors and phases at the iconic 30 Rock building."

-Gary Wieczorek, Design & Construction Program Manager at Deloitte

"I first met and had the pleasure of working with Karl in 2018. We had just renewed our lease in Rockefeller Center for a 15-year term and were about to embark on a $40MM renovation project. Karl was the project manager assigned to the project and we worked hand in hand over the next 20 months. Karl kept the contractor and sub-contractors in line and held them to their word. He kept the project meetings organized and running smoothly. He kept meticulous records and followed up on all action items and was very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again on any project, large or small."

-Jill Boyd, Sr. Director - Facilities and Corporate Services at Simon & Schuster
