Professional Summary
As an Assistant Property Manager within the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division, Kailey is a member of a devoted and enthusiastic team overseeing the maintenance and building operations of Indy’s iconic Stutz Buildings. Comprised of 468,000 SF, the two 4-story buildings span two blocks at 10th Street and Capitol Avenue in downtown Indianapolis. The team provides critical services within all facets of property management including tenant relations, budgets, operations, construction, leasing, accounting, operating expense reconciliations, and emergency response.
Before joining Colliers, Kailey pursued her passion with event management, working with such clients as Indiana Sports Corp, The Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and USA Football. Shortly after, she began her career in Facility Management joining the Turner John Management team assisting with the management of Wasatch Lake Retreat (300-acre retreat) and The Stutz Business Center.
In her spare time, Kailey enjoys traveling, being active outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

As a Senior Property Manager within the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division, Nicole is a member of a dedicated team overseeing the maintenance and building operations of Indy’s iconic Stutz Buildings. Comprised of 468,000 SF, the two 4-story buildings span two blocks at 10th Street and Capitol Avenue in downtown Indianapolis.
Nicole is a highly seasoned property management professional and leads the team toward providing critical services within all facets of property management including tenant relations, budgets, operations, construction, leasing, accounting, operating expense reconciliations, and emergency response.
Nicole returns to Colliers to oversee the Stutz assignment after serving as the property manager of BMO Plaza, a class-A multi-tenant office tower in downtown Indianapolis. She also has experience in managing medical, industrial, and retail facilities.
As a Maintenance Technician within the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division, Jeffrey is a member of a team devoted to the maintenance of Indy’s iconic Stutz Buildings. Comprised of 468,000 SF, the two 4-story buildings span two blocks at 10th Street and Capitol Avenue in downtown Indianapolis.
The maintenance team provides critical oversight of the property, cleanliness of the entire property, 24/7 emergency response, response to maintenance requests from building tenants, and performance of preventative maintenance on all building equipment.
