Operations Coordinator/Client Service Support
As an Administrative Assistant at Colliers International, my work focuses on supporting the brokers and the operations manager in our Oakland office. A significant portion of my time is dedicated to producing proposals and contracts for the brokers, and having worked previously in accounting and legal offices I particularly enjoy working with documents. It is very satisfying to contribute my attention-to-detail to the excellence of the work we produce in our office.
I also handle many of the logistical details in the office, such as managing supplies and invoicing, interfacing with the building management, and functioning as office receptionist.
Immediately prior to joining Colliers I worked as a yacht broker. My husband Bob and I live on a yacht at Grand Marina in Alameda, but we also have a home and orchard at the end of a private road in a beautiful part of Auburn. We are close to our children and grandchildren, as well as our nearby extended family. In my free time, I love to bake and to garden, and Bob and I share a special interest in exercise, archeology, travel, and the outdoors.
Client Services Coordinator
I joined Colliers International in 2016 as an administrative assistant to provide support to the industrial, retail, office and multi-family brokers in the Oakland office. Prior to Colliers, I worked for 20 years as an administrative assistant at Salomon Brothers/Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup, and then later in the public sector at the San Francisco’s Sheriff’s Civil Division Department.
The fast pace of commercial real estate suits me, and I like the urgency to get things done quickly and correctly. I take pride in my initiative and problem-solving skills, and look forward to developing a deeper expertise in brokerage work.
In my free time, I am an avid ultra-runner and often participate in 50-100K races. Relatedly, I dedicate a great deal of time to the Las Lomas High School Cross Country Team. I like to think that I am helping the young athletes develop healthy habits that might last their lifetimes. I also enjoy reading, and have an appreciation for the classics. Tolstoy and Dostoyevsky are my favorites.

I began working for Colliers International in 2014 and have been in real estate since 2000. Assisting with leasing, property tours, and marketing of properties, I strive to provide superior service, information and accessibility for the brokers that I assist and their clients.
Regional Operations Director
Linda is the Director, Corporate Operations of 11 offices based in Northern California and Nevada. In this role she is responsible for the operational oversight for Corporate Marketing, Research, IT, H/R and Marketing Technology. Linda manages the synergies between the corporate teams and the company. She works closely with Human Resources and the Office Managers ensuring alignment with local office concerns. She has a proven track record for connecting ideas, utilizing networks and getting things done. Linda is responsible for driving operational strategy, ensuring efficient and effective operations for the region.
In 2002, Linda won the Bob Babcock Award, a significant honor, and is only the second women to receive this award. In 2006, Linda won the Parrish Award, which is the company’s highest honor.

Maria Marquez joined the Stockton office of Colliers International in October 1999. As the Office Manager, Maria is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. She has over 22 years of administrative background, including five years supporting other commercial real estate companies.
Maria currently resides in Stockton with her husband Mario, her 2 sons, Mario, Jr. and David and daughter, Marissa.
Alee joined the Operations team in August of 2021. Prior to joining the team at Colliers she was on the Marketing team at Cresa. She prides herself on her ability to wear many hats and fill many roles. She feels that being adaptable is crucial to success.
