Judy has more than 10 years of commercial real estate business development experience. She is a member of the Industrial and Land Group for Colliers. Her area of expertise includes contract/lease administration, developing and maintaining a staged marketing program for listing assignments, property listing pitches, website development, company events, press releases, brand exposure through social media programs, proposals and agreements, tenant/buyer site tour coordination, marketing initiatives, and tracking deals.
Throughout her career at Colliers, she has also worked in the Retail, Office, and Investment divisions.
Judy earned both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2005, Judy had five years of professional administrative experience specializing in patent law, production, and land administration departments for El Paso and Shell Oil Company.

Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research and has 37 years of commercial real estate experience. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually, including quarterly reports on Houston's retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials supporting the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers Editorial Board, the Colliers U.S. Research Council, and is a recipient of the Colliers Researcher of the Year Award.

Bringing 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets, including the following types of financial analysis:

- mid-term lease renegotiations (“blend and extend”)
- lease buyouts
- sublease disposition/recovery
- build-to-suit vs. design-build

- own vs. sale/leaseback

Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their financial analysis for commercial real estate requirements or investments for 17 years. Marilynne also has a background in commercial mortgage underwriting/loan originations and commercial real estate appraisal.
Bethany is a commercial real estate professional with legal experience. She translates her creative and innovative ideas across all service lines in this ever-changing industry. Bethany excels at providing excellent customer service to both her internal team and external clients. She delivers high-quality capital markets, tenant and landlord representation, and property marketing reports and presentations. She is highly organized and has a keen eye for details, ensuring a high standard of quality in everything she does.
As the primary project coordinator for the Colliers office in Houston, she supports a team of advisors who specialize in all property types including land, office, retail, industrial, healthcare, and investments. She works on projects from proposal stages to closing and strives to help her team exceed their clients’ needs and expectations.
