He is considered an expert in property acquisition, dispositions, site selection, consulting and valuation.
His multilingual skills and multicultural background are instrumental in helping clients navigate a complex real estate international market. His decades of experience in the international commercial real estate arena help him bridge between Latin America and rest of the world, bringing to the table new clients, best practices and strong relationships.
Accomplishments
Juan is responsible for prospecting, identifying and securing new business opportunities for all of Colliers business lines in Latin America and Caribbean, including Consulting and Valuation, Project, Facility and Property Management, Capital Markets and Lease and Sale Services.
He targets owners, investors, developers, users, governments and corporations, developing and executing the necessary strategies to attract and retain new clients and expand existing relationships, contributing to the productivity and increased margins of the Latin American division.
He has also orchestrates real estate integrated services across more than 17 countries in the Latin America region, having served corporations like Nokia, PepsiCo, Alcon, EY, Siemens Energy, Cummins, Sanofi and Maersk.
Education
Juan holds a Law Degree by the ELD Mexico, equivalent to a Juris Doctor in the US. He coursed postgraduate studies in the Legal Regime of International Business, equivalent to a master’s degree on International Legal Studies, and is currently doing his Master in Corporate Real Estate with CoreNet Global.
His mother tongue is Spanish, with different skills in English, French, Portuguese, and German

Juan is CoreNet Global´ s Advisory Chairman for the Southeast Florida Chapter, and a member of the organizing committee of the IAMC Latam Chapters (Industrial Asset Management Council). He regularly engages with multiple organizations like the GRI Club, Enterprise Florida, Select USA, ProColombia, the Beacon Council, the US Mexico Chamber of Commerce, WorldCity and ULI.

Rafael is a committed corporate industrial/logistics services specialist focused in representing Global corporations as well as institutional Real Estate companies for over 30 years. His experience in representing corporations in multiple markets throughout Mexico, that has allowed him to develop a high-level corporate real estate strategy for his clients.
He has an intimate knowledge of Mexico’s industrial regions & office real estate markets, business parks, developers, the corporate site selection process, real estate markets, and economic incentives provided by federal, state, and local governments across Mexico.
He is very active in the Mexican & international real estate communities as a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors, (SIOR). He is a frequent speaker at international and domestic forums related to industrial development in Mexico, the Maquiladora Industry, the Automotive, Aerospace & Logistics sectors in Mexico, and real estate investment opportunities in the most dynamic regions.
Rafael McCadden joined Colliers International in 2005 after 8 1/2 years as Executive Director of the Mexican Association of Industrial Parks, AMPIP, a real estate development organization similar to NAIOP. He is currently Director of the Industrial & Logistics Division in Mexico, and is member of the Steering Committee of the Colliers Logistics & Transportation Solutions Steering Committee (L&T).
