Joy began her career as a realtor at Greentree Realty where she worked in residential and commericial property sales. After moving on to work for the State of West Virginia, Lewis developed critical relationships with state, county, and local officials to assist companies in the region with a variety of needs related to expansion or relocation within West Virginia. Before taking the role at the Department of Commerce, she served as Regional Representative for West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin, where she acted as an initial contact and liasion to the Governor's office for local businesses.

John Lesinski is an Executive Vice President at Colliers International’s Northern Virginia office, specializing in industrial tenant and owner representation in addition to land and building disposition services. His clients include Equus Capital Partners (formerly BPG Properties), Hines, RMR Group, Saban Real Estate, LNR Partners, Lexington Realty Trust, Stagg Capital, and Rialto Capital.
His recent transactions in the I-81 Corridor include involvement in a 330,000 square foot lease to Proctor & Gamble, a 400,000 square foot build-to-suit for Fiat Chrysler Automotive, a 350,000 square foot lease renewal for Heinz Kraft, a 250,000 square foot lease transaction with Home Depot, the disposition of a 75,000 square foot data center in Frederick County, Virginia and a 170,000 square foot building sale on behalf of Rialto Capital. John has also been involved in multiple land transactions that have resulted in industrial development in the Valley.
John is a member of the Logistics & Transportation Solutions Group, a global Colliers team working in partnership with a host of engineers, consultants, designers and other industry experts to address the specialized demands of the international supply chain and shipping industry.
BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
John is a licensed broker in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and Washington, DC. Prior to joining Colliers International, he was a principal of Leland Group Commercial Real Estate, LLC, a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm in the Northern Shenandoah Valley specializing in industrial transactions along the Interstate 81 Corridor and near the Virginia Inland Port in Front Royal, Virginia. He is also the former Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Grubb & Ellis Company, overseeing brokerage operations, training, recruiting, business development, and strategic planning for offices in Washington, DC; Tysons, Corner, Virginia; and Bethesda and Baltimore, Maryland.
John is a 1980 graduate of Santa Clara University, California, and served 26 years in the Marine Corps. After leaving active duty in 1985, John continued his career in the Reserves and retired as a colonel in 2006. While in the Reserves, he earned a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence at the Defense Intelligence College.
Benjamin Luke, a Vice President in the Colliers International Northern Virginia office, specializes in industrial leasing and land dispositions. Prior to working at Colliers, Ben worked for 3 years as a research associate on both the Atlanta and Washington, DC teams at Costar Group, a leading provider of commercial real estate information and analytic services.
Ben began his real estate career while attending the University of Virginia, where he worked for Roy Wheeler Realty and negotiated land sales in Northern and Central Virginia from 2008 to 2011, disposing over $1.35 million in combined sales in Rappahannock and Madison Counties.
Currently, Ben works on an industrial team representing landlords and tenants in both Northern Virginia and the Interstate 81 Corridor. His territory includes the majority of the Interstate 81 Corridor from western Maryland, south through the panhandle of West Virginia and as far south as Harrisonburg, Virginia. In addition, Ben works in Northern Virginia concentrating on industrial flex and warehouse leasing.
