Professional Summary
Joshua Boeckman joined Colliers | Wisconsin as an Assistant Property Manager in July of 2022. He currently works at the 411 East Wisconsin Center building in downtown Milwaukee. Joshua attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison where he earned his Bachelor of Literature and Arts with an English degree. Before joining Colliers, he worked for another large commercial real estate organization in property management for three years. Joshua works directly with building ownership regarding budgeting and monthly financials. He serves as a project manager on multiple construction jobs throughout the building. Joshua supports the property engineering, administrative, parking and security teams to ensure that all goals are met.
