About

Professional Summary

As a Property Manager for Colliers International | South Carolina, I oversee the financial and physical operations of my assigned properties, including office, industrial and retail properties in Columbia. My responsibilities include corresponding with our clients to recommend non-budgeted improvements and/or capital contributions. I enjoy interacting with tenants, performing routine inspections of assigned properties, determining the need for repairs/maintenance and acting upon these needs within the scope of my authority.

Accomplishments

In 2016, I received the EDGE Commercial Real Estate Award for Outstanding Work and in 2017, the EDGE Commercial Real Estate MVP Award.

I have been active in my son’s school programs and spend a great deal of time with my family in the Columbia area. I am also an avid football fan of WVU, USC and the Washington professional team.

Education

I graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science. Prior to joining Colliers, I worked as a Property Manager managing a portfolio of 7 commercial office properties in the DC metropolitan area totaling over 500,000 square feet. My experience also includes the oversight of capital and tenant improvement projects, including budget and scope development, bid negotiation and cost analysis/value engineering while consistently meeting move-in deadlines and budget thresholds.
