With seven years of real estate experience, Mr. Plotkin specializes in tenant representation and investment sales in the New York City market as well as the Tri-State area. He represents a broad range of clients in the Media, Retail, Entertainment, Social Service and Financial Services sectors for both the acquisition and disposition of office space. Mr. Plotkin has completed in excess of a billion dollars in investment sales in New York City.
BUSINESS BACKGROUND
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Plotkin was employed by Garage Management Company (GMC), one of New York City’s oldest and largest parking companies. His primary focus was acquisitions.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Plotkin is the Executive Vice President of The Adolph and Ruth Schnurmacher Foundation. Additionally he is a Board Member The NY Landmarks Consevancy and The Salvation Army and The Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF).
