Professional Summary

John specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area, as well as tenant and buyer representation. John has leased/sold more than 25 million square feet of real estate, completing over 1,000 transactions, with a total volume exceeding $1 billion dollars.

John began his commercial real estate career in 2006 and joined Colliers in January of 2011. In 2012, John was promoted to Senior Vice President, in 2013 became a partner of the firm, in 2019 was promoted to Executive Vice President, and in 2023 promoted to Vice Chair.

Accomplishments

• Colliers Everest Award Winner recognizing top 10% of Colliers brokers in production internationally (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022)

• In 2021 John finished #7 out of all producers amongst all service lines at Colliers globally

• Inducted into Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame (2017)

• Awarded the exclusive SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation
