Professional Summary
As a Brokerage Associate, I work with tenants, landlords, sellers and purchasers to lease, purchase and sell retail properties of all sizes and am responsible for increasing the Colliers retail portfolio in South Carolina. I work closesly with team members Rox Pollard and Danny Bonds and am a member of the Colliers | South Carolina Retail Services Team.
Columbia is primed for economic growth; our team is focused on bringing vital businesses to the area and helping local businesses take advantage of the opportunities here through advanced data analytics and creative solutions.
I am constantly seeking to make new connections and I enjoy meeting new people every day in the commercial real estate business. I enjoy developing strong, lasting relationships that extend far beyond a transaction.

Education
I graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Political Science. This background has led to a strong interest in public policy and its impact on our day-to-day lives.
At Clemson, I served as both the President and the Vice President of Risk Management of the Interfraternity Council. I also served as the Director of the Legacy Day Committee and a member of the Student Alumni Council and the Department of Student Affairs: Student Advisory Board. These leadership roles taught me how to work with a wide variety of people and institutions as I served as a conduit between the people I represented and the school’s administration.
Memberships & Involvements
I am active at my church, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral. I recently returned to Columbia after growing up here and I have a passion for making Columbia the best city it can be. I look forward to becoming involved in business networking, economic growth and planning, and commercial real estate organizations.
In my spare time, I enjoy cheering on the Clemson Tigers, playing golf and tennis, hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities, and traveling and exploring new places.

I specialize in the sale, leasing, and development consultation of retail properties across the state. I manage the Colliers SC Retail Team, which delivers retail brokerage and consultation services to clients through Colliers’ four South Carolina offices.
I pride myself in my ability to maintain excellent communication with my clients throughout the entire real estate process and even after a transaction is completed. I find that success in my work is defined by making sure that when it is all said and done my clients had an enjoyable and profitable experience. I consider my relationship with my clients as a partnership to help them achieve their goals.
As a Senior Brokerage Associate for Colliers International | South Carolina, I specialize in the leasing of neighborhood shopping centers. I am a member of the Colliers Retail Services Team and am responsible for increasing the Colliers retail portfolio in South Carolina. I strive to always do the best that I can, no matter the size of a deal, and I am motivated to continue to do so by exceeding my clients’ expectations.
I find that working with retail, a brokerage associate must be knowledgeable in recognizing a client’s needs as well as the trends of the market. I believe that I offer valuable insight into the market, excellent communication and the ability to read situations well.
