I am a highly experienced, 27-year commercial real estate professional. I am a go-to advisor within the Indiana commercial real estate arena – frequently sought by the banking, legal, and economic development community for real estate asset consultation.

In addition to brokerage and investment transactional work, I have particular expertise in multi-market advisory, having represented various companies in securing and disposing of space throughout the U.S. and Canada which have included several large-scale build-to-suit projects. These assignments require specialized knowledge to navigate various components of multi-faceted deals including: RFP and vendor selection, local connections toward zoning appeals and approvals, tax review, incentives procurement, capital financing support, and construction best practices.

I have fulfilled various leadership roles at the firm including Managing Partner of the Property Management division – particularly thru its infancy launch; consistently served on the Finance Committee; and have provided valuable mentoring of young brokers. I have achieved notable industry acknowledgements and multiple Top Broker recognitions including serving as a panelist on Indianapolis Business Journal’s annual Commercial Real Estate & Construction Power Breakfast.

I was co-founder of zWORKS – a nonprofit, co-working membership-based economic development engine for Zionsville, and was involved in its initial facility infrastructure and a catalyst in the launch phase. I also serve as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors for Aspire Indiana – a mental health and substance abuse counseling service; and serve on the Board of Directors of Syndicate Sales, Inc. – the leading hard goods supplier to the floral industry.
