Cory J. Hutsell, MAI is a Senior Valuation Specialist in the Seattle office of Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services. Mr. Hutsell’s extensive experience includes both property types studied and appraised such as apartments, condominiums (proposed and conversions), office, industrial, residential subdivisions, senior living facilities, vacant land, and special-purpose and single-use properties. Additionally, Mr. Hutsell has performed valuations on proposed, partially completed, renovated, and existing structures. More specifically, he specializes in apartment product consisting of low income, tax credit subsidized, government financed (HUD MAP, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) and at market complexes.
In 2007, Mr. Hutsell completed the state requirement for the certified general real estate appraiser license in the State of Washington. He is also a designated member of the Appraisal Institute earning the prestigious MAI designation in 2013. In 1999, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Eastern Washington University.
