With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, I specialize in office tenant representation for a diverse client base in lease relocations and renegotiations, both locally and nationally. My expertise includes structuring and negotiating commercial leases, developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans and assisting with the acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties.
My partners and I have successfully advised and guided some of the largest law firms and other businesses navigate through complicated lease transactions, primarily in the downtown Chicago market.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I spent 10 years at Transwestern in their tenant advisory services group. While working at Transwestern, I was responsible for the oversight of the Chicago firm’s development and served on the national board of directors.
I previously served as a senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis following the merger with Insignia/ESG, and I also worked as a tenant representative at Frain Camins and Swartchild and Goldie B. Wolfe and Company.
With a focus on tenant representation in the downtown Chicago office market, I have gained an extensive understanding of the real estate leasing process. My practice focuses on providing counsel for a diverse group of clients including law, consulting, marketing, financial services, trading and technology firms. With 16 years’ experience, I am an expert in developing and executing real estate strategies which maximize my clients’ economic outcomes, all while ensuring real estate is always aligned with the company’s short and long-term business operating objectives.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I spent nine years at Transwestern as senior vice president where I specialized in tenant representation. I began my real estate career at Insignia/ESG and later CB Richard Ellis following the merger of those two firms.
